Terms of Service

Section 1 - Purpose

These terms of service govern the contractual relationship between INNOVA-STORE SASU (SIREN 919334417), publisher of RadarLLM.ai, and any user of the service.

Section 2 - Services

RadarLLM.ai provides a 360-degree digital visibility audit service including SEO analysis, AI engine visibility (LLM), AEO/GEO optimization, and EEAT analysis. Each audit generates a PDF report and downloadable fix files.

Section 3 - Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed inclusive of tax in USD. Payment is made as a one-time charge via Stripe. No subscription is required. Prices are those displayed at the time of purchase.

Section 4 - AI Visibility Analysis Results

Analyses performed on AI platforms (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity AI and Anthropic Claude) are conducted by querying the public APIs of these services at a specific point in time.

The user acknowledges and accepts that:

  1. Large language models (LLMs) are inherently non-deterministic. Results may vary based on time, geographic location, and exact query wording.
  2. Results constitute an indicative estimate, not a guarantee of permanent or continuous visibility.
  3. INNOVA-STORE SASU is not affiliated with any analyzed AI platform and cannot guarantee their availability, behavior, or accuracy.
  4. No refund may be claimed solely based on a discrepancy between the report and a subsequent manual query of the platforms concerned.

Section 5 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered on a non-tangible medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's agreement.

Section 6 - Intellectual Property

Generated reports are the property of the user who ordered them. The design, source code, and RadarLLM brand remain the exclusive property of INNOVA-STORE SASU.
